Home Maintenance
- We can arrange a regular maintenance schedule on a monthy, bi monthly, quarterly or annual programme.
- We will make the booking with our experienced contractors or yours.
- We will also be there to admit them and ensure the job is carried out to our high standard and your satisfaction.
Pack & Go
- When you have left for your holiday, we tidy, clean, replace sheets and towels, and prepare your home for your return
- Other services will be provided as requested
- Or perhaps you'd like to take the opportunity for a Spring Clean and/or Kitchen Blitz while you are away?
Air & Prepare
- If your holiday house is on Sydney's northern beaches, we will prepare it before you arrive
and
- provide full service whilst you are in residence: cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc

SELLING YOUR HOME
Pre Sale & Open Home
- We can work with you or through your real estate agent to help prepare your property for sale
- Initially, we'll do a spring clean
- Then a prep Open Home clean each time for the duration of your campagn
- Where necessary, we can tidy, declutter or stage your property too present it at its best
FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND
Professionalism
- All our housekeepers and teams are employees of Platinum Housekeeping. We are responsible for paying them, deducting taxation and paying superannuation
- Our employees are covered by our Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurance
Security
- Our housekeeprs and teams are interviewed in our office by skilled consultants
- We reference check them for experience and suitability plus carry out a security check
